Marta Della Seta (Rome, Italy, 1974) graduated in Geology at the University of Roma Tre in 1999. She took her PhD in Tectonic Geomorphology at Sapienza University of Rome in 2003. She is currently Associate Professor at the Department of Earth Sciences of the same University. Marta's main research topics include tectonic geomorphology, geomorphometry, badlands and Quaternary landscape evolution in response to tectonics, climate and volcanism. Since 2013 she is member of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Geomorphologists (IAG), with a portfolio of Training Officer for 2017-2021. She has published more than 50 papers in international journals.
